Columbus Ohio Sublease, Apartment at Ohio State

I am subletting my 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment unit at Norwich Flats, for this summer, (5/8/17 - 8/05/2017). This apartment is on the first floor, with a great view of the park that is behind the building. Neighbors above are quiet and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Ohio State's North Campus. The apartment and room are fully furnished. There is a study room and a fitness room in the apartment complex that is free to use. My three other roommates are guys. There are two other rooms in this apartment also available for a sublease at the same price and time frame. List of amenities included: bed, desk, chair, dresser, kitchen table, chairs, two couches, cable and internet. Utilities are not included but average around $50 a month. Washer and dryer are in the unit. There is garage parking available, which is an additional $50 a month. There is a required $200 deposit if you decide to sublet. Your deposit will be returned after your sublease as long as nothing was damaged after I left the apartment in May.
